SummaryThe purpose of the Electrician is to maintain, diagnose, repair, rebuild, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, and install electrical equipment within and around the facilities to keep the production operational and have zero loss of production chargeable to electrical maintenance. Responsible for carrying out the assigned tasks in a timely manner.Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform all equipment repairs and daily work within OSHA regulations, lockout /tag-out, and Perdue safety guidelines.Attend CPR and First Aid training.Coordinate with contractors on necessary repairs and projects.Knowledge of general National Electrical Code (NFPA 70, 70E, 70B, &79)Be proficient and able to repair, install and maintain control circuits and motors, three phase: 480/277 VAC, 240/120 VAC, and 208/120 VAC and single-phase volts: 120 volts.
