What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with candidate communities to maintain a network of potential candidates
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and coordinate with hiring managers
- Identify, interact with, and screen potential candidates through social media and online professional network searches
- Develop, test, and track recruitment strategies for top talent
- Maintain candidate databases and communicate with past applicants regarding new opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Agent, or in general Recruiting
- Hands-on experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Good business acumen and ability to research industry trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems
- Experience in social media marketing and digital networking
- Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 10% of the time
- Excellent negotiation skills
