Physician Assistant Chandler, AZ
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing medical practice in north Chandler, AZ. We are looking for a provider who can join us full-time providing direct patient care within our state-of-the-art multispecialty practice. Our ideal Physician Assistant is comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute/chronic pain and/or patients wanting a homeopathic approach to basic primary care needs. Job duties include performing trigger point/joint injections and addressing basic primary care needs.

Duties:
-Patient exam/evaluation musculoskeletal focused (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
-Basic primary care needs of the patient who prefers homeopathic approach to medicine
-Food Sensitivity / Allergy testing, Micronutrient Testing, Weight loss management
-Order and review tests/labs
-Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
-Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and various modalities
-Manage patient care
-Order Physical therapy and DME as needed
-Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections- US guided
-Documentation and progress notes
-Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
-Graduation from and accredited PA program
-Physician Assistant license in AZ
-Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
-Experience with joint injections a plus
-DEA Certification (Preferred)
Schedule:
-Full time
-Monday - Friday
Compensation (range):
-$50-$70 per hour (DOE)
