Job Description Physical Therapist *Confidential application process*
One of our top clients, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care and support. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with the healthcare team and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Implement and modify treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, endurance, and balance Provide patient education regarding exercises, stretches, and techniques to improve function and prevent injury Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices for physical therapy Attend relevant trainings and maintain current knowledge of physical therapy treatments, interventions, and resources Supervise and train physical therapy assistants or aides as needed Qualifications: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of physical therapy treatments and interventions Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
