Responsibilities:
Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to support staff growth and development, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workload management, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
Provide hands-on clinical supervision and mentorship to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering a nurturing team environment where every voice is valued.
Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic resident care plans that address individual needs and preferences.
Cultivate a positive facility culture that prioritizes resident and staff satisfaction, fostering a community where everyone thrives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of progressive leadership experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting, demonstrating a track record of success.
Active license in the state of MINNESOTA , with a commitment to maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills.
Proven expertise in rehabilitation nursing, with a strong clinical background that inspires confidence and trust.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
