Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients and their families on home exercises and self-management techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care. Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with team members. Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compassion and dedication to providing quality patient care. Preferred Qualifications: Specialization or certification in a relevant area of practice.
