Responsibilities
• Perform job duties in alignment with organization's 8 core values• Function as a cooperative, active member of the healthcare team• Maintain confidentiality of patient and physician information• Continued professional growth and development• Maintain safety and infection control standards• Evaluate patients per physician order and administer treatments• Complete and submit all relevant reports• Communicate with referral sources regarding patients• Maintain appropriate and accurate records• Interpret and report results of treatments• Assign and supervise tasks to support staff• Participate in program and service development• Practice Physical Therapy consistent with ethical and professional standards• Maintain patient treatment schedule, respect patient rights• Participate in marketing the practice
Requirements
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions• Ability to respond to patient inquiries/complaints• Ability to maintain confidentiality• Ability to solve problems with initiative and independent judgment• Willingness to practice Physical Therapy ethically• Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy• Licensed or eligible for State of MO PT license• Current CPR and First Aid certifications• Efficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR programs
