Responsibilities
• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each patient.• Coordinate with patient's physicians for consistent care.• Daily documentation in EMR.• Implement effective treatment combinations based on experience.• Evaluate and report on patients' progress.• Assist with billing and reporting inquiries.• Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.• Delegate tasks and supervise assistants and technicians.• Maintain communication with clinic to meet needs.• Help patients regain control of their lives and independence.
Requirements
• Valid state License• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success• Basic computer skills• Bachelor's degree in health-related field• Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy• Current PT licensure or eligibility to test for PT license
