We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in physical therapy, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. As a Physical Therapist at Professional PT, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy and instruction. You will also be expected to maintain accurate patient records, communicate regularly with patients and healthcare professionals, and participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance your clinical skills.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will be part of a team that values teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. Collaborating with other clinicians and staff members, you will contribute to the overall success of the clinic and help us achieve our goal of delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
Requirements Conduct patient evaluations and create personalized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy and guidance to patients. Regularly communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes. Engage in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills. Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
