Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by physicians, consistently striving for best results. Monitor the effectiveness of treatments and recommend adjustments to enhance treatment as required. Act as a liaison between patients and referral sources, ensuring clear communication and alignment on treatment plans. Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations and patient notes. Maintain thorough records of patient treatments and consistently provide comprehensive discharge summaries. Comprehend and remain attentive to patients' needs, fostering a positive therapeutic experience. Adhere to the regulatory framework delineated in the Physical Therapy Act of Pennsylvania to maintain compliance.
