Responsibilities
• Understand and adhere to state Practice Act and VibrantCare policies• Complete required trainings and adhere to regulations• Evaluate, treat, and direct skilled treatment for patients• Maintain ongoing documentation• Communicate with co-workers, physicians, patients, and third party payors• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed• Complete continuing education coursework• Maintain current CPR certification• Utilize time efficiently and meet productivity requirements• Maintain awareness of changes in the healthcare field• Play a role in specific area of center operations• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
Requirements
• Ability to work effectively as a team member• Leadership skills sufficient to supervise assistants and aides• Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills• Effective clinical problem solving skills• Strong communication skills• Computer skills for clinical documentation and management reporting• Physical abilities such as lifting, walking, bending, etc.• Visual acuity and hearing abilities• Fine motor skills for writing, handling equipment, etc.• Graduation from an accredited physical therapist education program• State licensure/registration where applicable
