Physical Therapist Clifton, NJ
We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team full time in Clifton, NJ. We are seeking an organized team player, a great communicator, who enjoys helping others reach their health and wellness goals. Our ideal candidate has a passion for helping others see their full potential and to motivate/assist them to reach their true goals. You will be an essential piece of the clinic and will work in tandem to collaborate with the medical personnel to result in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes. This position, the PT will be splitting coverage between our offices in Elizabeth and Clifton. About us:

Duties: Evaluates new patients, Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Educates the patient on the services provided in the clinic and Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques and Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally Monitors patients for improvements and setbacks to modify services to help clients meet or exceed expectations Monitors patients for compliance and effectively communicate the need to follow recommendations Collaboration with clinical as well as administrative staff for comprehensive patient care Documentation- timely and accurate, K eep detailed records of each treatment session Requirements: Knowledge of post-surgical rehab for accident related injuries a plus Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy program (Master degree) CPR Certification (Preferred) Valid PT license in NJ Salary (range): $75k-$100k (DOE) Benefits: Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid time off If you have a passion for health and a drive to see people live the life they deserve, please submit your resume for consideration.
