Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee electronic lab orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all patients. Administer and record injections. Assist with IV administration and documentation. Conduct lab and therapeutic phlebotomy draws. Cross-train to cover various clinic areas, including medical assistance and front desk duties as required. Perform other tasks as directed by the provider or manager. Utilize problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address patient complaints. Attend scheduled departmental staff and clinical meetings. Ensure full compliance with OnePeak Medical's Employee Handbook and the Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist Binder in carrying out all duties and services. Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support OnePeak Medical. Qualifications: Embody T.R.I.B.E. values (Teamwork, Respect, Informed, Balance, Excellence). Be flexible and willing to meet the business's needs, potentially including travel to other clinics. Note that this position may require driving a personal vehicle on behalf of the company; therefore, the employee must pass a motor vehicle history check, possess a current, valid driver's license, and ensure their vehicle complies with state laws, including proper registration and insurance coverage.
