WHAT YOUR DAY WILL ENTAIL As our Philanthropy Director, you will lead a dedicated development team and play a crucial role in shaping the organization's fund development strategy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation grants, annual giving, fundraising events, and Capital Campaigns. Your strategic vision will elevate Hoyleton's visibility, strengthen donor relationships, and drive fundraising success. OUR IDEAL PHILANTHROPY DIRECTOR Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or strategic communications 5+ years of nonprofit fund development experience DCFS/CANTS clearance Ability to work with individuals of diverse racial, ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds Proficiency with Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Excellent writing and presentation skills Comfortable in a team-first environment with the ability to encourage others Organized and can manage multiple projects at once Having an MBA or MA in nonprofit management is desired but not required.
