As a Pharmacy Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in educating pharmacy staff and medical office personnel about valuable prescription savings opportunities for their customers and patients. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with pharmacy and medical office staff, distributing savings cards, and fostering strong professional relationships within the healthcare community.
Responsibilities:
Educate Pharmacy Staff: Effectively communicate to pharmacy staff members the significant savings opportunities available to their customers, potentially saving them up to 80% on prescriptions.
Engage with Medical Offices: Develop relationships with medical office staff to distribute savings cards and educate them on how their patients can save up to 80% on medications.
Relationship Building: Create, nurture, and sustain relationships with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers to enhance collaboration and support.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales Experience: While preferred, it is not mandatory. Any sales experience will be considered.
Proven Sales Skills: Demonstrate a track record of successful sales achievements.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with pharmacy and medical office staff.

Reliable Transportation: This position entails partial remote work with travel to medical professionals' offices, requiring reliable transportation.
