Responsibilities
• Monitoring pharmacy budget• Minimizing unauthorized overtime• Staff training and development• Providing excellence in customer service• Managing prescription pricing and generic utilization• Controlling pharmacy inventory• Providing/implementing/participating in corporate approved clinical services• Handling customer complaints• Directing workflow to reduce customer wait times• Supervising and coaching direct reports
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent• Minimum 21 years of age• Good standing license• Proven leadership skills• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and documents• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence• Commitment to providing excellent customer service• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information• Willingness to continue education as necessary
