Responsibilities
• Support company health and wellness initiatives• Accurately and efficiently perform all steps of release to patient and product dispensing• Promote sales and services to customers and store associates• Answer phone and triage calls• Complete all aspects of allowable inventory control• Maintain departmental standards including keeping clean and organized work stations• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important, and appreciated• Comply with and reinforce all safety and sanitation regulations/guidelines/procedures and programs• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations• Report all illegal activity
Requirements
• Minimum - High School Diploma or GED• Must be 18 years of age• Ability to handle confidential information• Desired - Any previous comparable experience• Any experience with inventory control in a retail environment• Any experience with customer service, including registries, phone, and cashier
