Work Schedule: Shifts are Monday - Friday and will rotate during hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. As a Pharmacy Call Center Agent, your tasks will include: Managing phone inquiries, updating patient records, and providing information on services and medication status Enrolling mail-order patients, educating on pharmacy services, and completing third-party rebilling process May lead staff by overseeing schedules, training, and audits, along with other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) One year's experience in customer service, billing, cashier, and/or data entry is preferred Pharmacy Assistant state registration within 60 days of employment Bilingual (English/Spanish) required (level 9 for bilingual differential pay) Knowledge of medical billing and terminology preferred Effective communication and customer relations skills, conflict resolution abilities, and teamwork proficiency Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and basic 10-key proficiency Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Our mission celebrates diversity.
