Description: Order entry/verification Product verification Shipment preparation/scheduling Lead staff Position Requirements: TN Pharmacist license required Hospital inpatient pharmacy experience preferred Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice Team Player Mentality  Job Details: Dates of Coverage needed : October 2 nd – 6 th ; might have more dates in the future
Coverage Hours needed : Monday-Friday 8:30AM – 5PM plus on-call after shifts and until October 9 th 8:30am
