DAY-TO-DAY AS A PET DAYCARE ASSOCIATE This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day (generally 7 am - 5 pm).
As our Pet Daycare Associate, you are tasked with evaluating new animals to see if they're a good fit for social play and monitoring them during their playtime. Additionally, you are responsible for developing fun enrichment activities to keep the dogs entertained and engaged. Throughout the day, you help keep the social play areas clean. Lastly, you interact with pet owners on a regular basis, discussing their dog's activities and answering any questions they may have. You love spending your days taking care of animals!
WHAT MATTERS MOST FOR A PET DAYCARE ASSOCIATE 1+ years of experience in dog daycare Able to evaluate dog behavior Love for dogs of all sizes and breeds Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods of time and lifting and carrying dogs Ability to work outside in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions In order to be successful in this role, you should have a passion for animals and a strong sense of responsibility.
