Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups and individuals• Program and implement individualized workouts• Motivate and energize members throughout sessions• Build fitness attendance and retain current members• Complete fitness evaluations/consultations• Prescribe and sell personal training packages• Ensure safety of participants• Attend fitness staff meetings and presentations• Support manager in membership sales and handle concerns• Maintain club cleanliness and overall operations
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of physiology and exercise technique• Certification from an AF approved education company• Bachelor's degree in exercise related field preferred• Current CPR/AED Certification• Ability to multi-task and stay organized• Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills• 1+ years of experience teaching or personal training• Excellent communication and customer attention skills• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50lbs• Must be willing to complete sales training• Accredited certification and CPR/AED required• 1 year of personal training experience preferable
Key Skills Needed
