• Claims and Payment Assistance• Policy Renewals and Coverage Review, pricing and delivery• New Business sales & support including sourcing, quote preparation and presentation• Preparation of Acord and Application forms• Inbound and Outbound sales and service phone calls• Data Entry and maintenance of Applied Systems agency management system• Assist with departmental daily tasks• Experience working with MGAs and underwriters.• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel• Ability to learn new skills and accept additional responsibilities
Requirements
• Requires General Lines P&C License
