Responsibilities
• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment• Provide extraordinary customer service and support banking center staff• Build and maintain customer relationships• Promote financial products and services• Open deposit accounts and process loan applications• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately• Generate new business and expand relationships with current customers• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns• Support other employees as needed
Requirements
• Minimum of one year successful sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment• Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment• Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one at the Bank's expense• Ability to generate referrals and make on-site visits with local businesses• Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers• Strong work ethic and high integrity• Proficient with all Microsoft applications• Friendly, outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality• Required to participate in both informal and formal training• Availability to work weekend hours
Key Skills Needed
