Job Description:
Exxon Mobil is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant working from home in Houston, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Managing and organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner- Conducting research and preparing reports as needed- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations- Assisting with personal tasks and errands as requested- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask- Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality- Leadership skills and the ability to work independently- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
