Personal Assistant

Job Description:

Epic Games, the renowned game developer and creator of the popular Fortnite game, is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As a vital member of our organization, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level support to executives and senior management within the company.

Responsibilities:- Manage executives' calendars, coordinating appointments and meetings- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives- Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations- Conduct research and compile data as needed- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion- Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role- Resilient and reliable personality traits- Strong leadership and communication skills- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
