Permanent Supportive Housing Resident Specialist

PSH is the focal point of contact between WSHA , the chronically homeless PSH tenant and the PSH service team . Responsible for assisting residents in meeting their obligations with WSHA so they stay in compliance with their housing . This involves one on one counseling and education regarding housing program requirements , lease compliance , early intervention , home and yard cleaning , move - in/ out inspections , annual inspections , monitoring , training and other obligations associated with renting a home . Maintain all PSH tenant documentation , records and ensure all PSH tenant files are complete , accurate and complies with WSHA established policies and procedures . Prepares monthly reports for management and meets with Social Providers . Additionally performs other duties as assigned . 

Requirements High School Diploma or GED , two years of responsible work experience in administrative office setting and / or social services related field . Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills . Maintain a high level of confidentiality with tenants and WSHA matters .
