Shift: Days, Monday through Friday 1st shift Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of current experience Ultrasound Sonographer unless otherwise discussed by recruiter. General ARDMS/ARRTS AND Vascular ARDMS/CCIVaccination againstCOVID-19 is a requirement for all individuals. Alternatively those seeking anexemption must submit proper documentation supporting their requestGraduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.Maintain required certification and registries health requirements andoperational requirements. It is the responsibility of the sonographer toprovide a copy of such registries and/or diploma to the appropriate TridentCarepersonnel when requested. A sonographer should carry and be able to alwaysprovide credentials.Sonographer must always maintain a valid driver's license and be able toproduce the license on demand. It is the responsibility of the technologists toprovide a copy of such licenses and/or certificates to the appropriateTRIDENTCARE personnel. All associates are subject to periodic driver's licensechecks. Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: Resume without time gaps and education notated. References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly). Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella Current Yearly Physical TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility. BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required Skills Checklist and Competency Exams Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers Credentialing will require other documentation. Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
