Responsibilities
• Collect, track, and maintain employee data.• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.• Ensure compliance with government onboarding requirements.• Maintain current policies and procedures.• Oversee benefits administration.• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.• Handle employee inquiries and issues.• Process timesheets and assist with payroll.• Create and distribute monthly employee newsletter.• Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• Associate's or B.S. degree in a related field.• HR or People Ops experience.• Familiarity with HRIS systems.• Knowledge of benefits administration and employment laws.• Attention to detail and ability to identify process improvements.• Accountability and adaptability.• Critical thinking and willingness to learn.• Excellent communication skills.• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and integrity.
