Responsibilities
• Supports completion of unemployment claims and hearings• Provides tier 1 support to internal teams• Coordinates task completion and organization of data• Partners with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, and IT• Answers internal customer inquiries in a timely manner• Runs reports and conducts basic data analysis• Performs weekly audits of system data• Supports other People programs as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and HROS systems• Excellent planning and organizational skills• Exceptional interpersonal skills• At least 1 year of HR or related experience• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion• Independent multi-tasker• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
