Summary of Responsibilities


Responsible for providing strategic People & Culture support to the assigned business unit/department including, helping to administer URENCO USA People & Culture programs and provide overall department support. Develop and execute a People & Culture plan that is aligned to the company strategy and organizational goals in conjunction with department managers.



Education and Experience


The qualified candidate will, at a minimum, have 2 years of relevant experience working with operational business partners in alignment with people needs and organizational objectives, specifically in the areas of employee relations, wellness, work force planning, development, talent acquisition, performance management, Rewards, etc., with at least 3 to 5 years of experience being desired.
The successful candidate will posses Bachelor's degree (with 2 years of relevant experience).
A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SCP certifications (or equivalent) are highly desirable.


The following skills are preferred:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to others. The ability to adapt in a changing and growing environment. Experience working with HRIS systems. Experience supporting operational partners in regard to employment and employment relations. Experience with performance management, development and succession planning. Regulatory compliance experience to include, state, federal and OFCCP. The ability to collaborate interdepartmentally to achieve objectives. Job Details The work location for this position is Urenco USA, HYBRID - Dallas Texas or Eunice, NM (75/25) Work Schedule: Professional work schedule/ with minimal night/ weekend support. Some nights and weekend work may be required. Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed. Travel Required: 35% of the time or less as required. (Percentage may change based on business needs). Security Clearance Requirement: Controlled Access Area (CAA) Access is required. L or Q level security clearance is required. Work Environment: Radiological exposure expectations of Primary Functions


Work both strategically and hands-on to deliver results for the business unit/department. A People & Culture Business Partner engages the resources of the broader PC organization to enable the execution of this strategy. Work with department leadership to help employees, supervisors, and department heads to coach and consult on performance management issues, settle work-related conflicts through advice and recommendation and other workforce planning needs. Maintain and update directives, policies, and procedures as appropriate in conjunction with department leadership. Manage the employment process for the assigned business unit/department. Work with hiring manager throughout the complete recruitment life cycle including financial planning and budgeting. Participate in updating job descriptions for assigned business units, including consulting with manager to ensure compliance and needs analysis Analyze HRIS / employment-related data and prepare required reports. Manage new hire onboarding. Participate in its continued development based on manager feedback and changing regulation. Initiate process improvements on PC related processes and procedures. Develop desktop guidelines on processes. Manage the UUSA temporary housing and relocation program. Conduct investigations and prepare final investigation reports. Maintain knowledge of relevant employment laws / legal requirements related to day-to-day compliance. Provide guidance on compensation related questions and issues in accordance with Hay Job Evaluation standards. Compensation starting at: $80142 - $121525 / year and up dependent on candidate.
