Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch, empathic clinical care to patients• Establish and implement a plan of care to achieve patient goals• Work closely with the team to provide integrated care and follow up• Demonstrate professional competence and clinical reasoning in assessing patient's condition• Complete mandatory compliance requirements in partnership with Sr. Leadership• Supervise therapy aides and maintain a safe and clean work environment• Document patient care services accurately using the EMR• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations• Collaborate with departments and teams• Ensure adherence to procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements
• 0-4 years of experience and a valid State PT license• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program• Completion of Pelvic Floor Therapy courses• Experience practicing Pelvic Floor Therapy• Orthopedic background with experience in various conditions• Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is a plus• Ability to work independently and effectively• Strong work ethic and openness to new ideas• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills• Excellent attention to detail and emphatic personality• Excellent communication skills• Strong database and systems skills• Ownership and accountability• Legal right to work in the United States
