The pediatrician will provide general medicine, growth and development monitoring, and immunization tracking and administering. Offer support and advice to parents about childrens health, safety, nutrition, and fitness needs. Facilitate referrals to other specialists for more complex care needs and provide support to the family to help navigate this care. Remain up to date on current trends, discoveries, and developments in the field. Experience with organizing and managing an outpatient clinic in conjunction with administrative staff. Qualifications The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered multidisciplinary pediatric care. MD/DO and the successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency in pediatrics. BE/BC with excellent clinical training and active FL Medical License 3-5 years of post-residency training experience preferred with focus on outpatient care. Adaptable colleague interested in building the practice and becoming active in the community Ability to be accessible to patients and families through direct communication and same-day appointments.
