We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a background in pharmacy benefit management to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This exciting opportunity allows for remote work from anywhere in the United States.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting a healthcare organization as they prepare for the launch of the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (MPPP or M3P) program scheduled for January 2025. We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in pharmacy benefit operations, particularly within the Medicare and Medicaid sectors.
Your responsibilities will include conducting concurrent client testing for M3P, both for new and existing clients, to ensure readiness for the January 2025 requirements. This will involve analyzing PBM claims data using RxCLAIM and leveraging various tools to segment and utilize customer data, ensuring compliance with the new M3P standards.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
Desireable experience with RxCLAIM claim adjudication.
Eligibility and benefits experience is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Biology, or Pharmacy Operations preferred.
