We are seeking a Payroll Manager! This position will oversee the US payroll processing for multi-state payrolls & associated reconciliations: processing monthly partner distributions and employee payrolls.
Responsibilities:
Oversees our Payroll Coordinator with semi-monthly, multi-state US payroll, including bonus, overtime and salary adjustments using Workday payroll and ADP for tax filing, reporting and w-2 processing. Oversee tax integration and ACH files..
Collaborates cross-functionally

with HR, Accounting and Finance teams.
Works with ADP to ensure periodic payroll reporting and tax payments .are processed in compliance with applicable federal, state

and local tax laws.
Process general ledger report & assist with month-end accounting close.
Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
Review costs for optimal budget planning
Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
Qualifications:
CPP or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Human Resources Management or another relevant field.
10+ years o of payroll leadership, including management of in-house multi-state payroll.
Workday Payroll and ADP experience is required.
Hands-on experience with different Payroll, Time and Attendance, Human Resources Information Systems, and Payroll Service Providers preferred,
Diverse HR

experience(payroll,

operations, benefits, etc.)
Law firm experience a plus.
Knowledge of common banking practices
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to work under pressure
