In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless coordination of human resources and finance functions within the organization while performing a variety of administrative tasks. We are looking for a candidate whohas excellent oral and written communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Payroll
Process and administer payrolls for employees accurately and on time.Calculate and process deductions, garnishments, and taxes.Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.Stay informed about payroll tax laws and compliance regulations.Benefits
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments and changes.Handle benefits-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.Stay informed about labor laws and employee benefits regulations.HR Administration
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and paperwork.Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.Assist with HR-related reporting and compliance tasks.Support additional HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative support role. Superb organizational and time-management skills. Strong sense of initiative and a process-improvement mindset.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively with careful attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information discreetly.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.) and ability to quickly learn payroll management and HR software.
