Job Summary:Quantrell Auto Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Administrator/Office Manager. This Full Time, individual contributor role will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our employees, as well as overseeing office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in both payroll processing and office management, preferably in the auto industry. This position will be based in Lexington, Kentucky.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full time, salaried position with a competitive compensation package and benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.Responsibilities:Prepares daily bank deposit and cash reportPrepares tax reports, tax deposits and tax returns in a timely, accurate mannerManages the payoff of vehicle floor plan and works with bank representativesProcess payroll for all employees, including calculating hours, wages, taxes, and deductionsEnsure accuracy and timely delivery of payroll to employeesMaintain records and track payroll data in compliance with company policies and legal requirementsServe as point person for employee payroll inquiries and concernsAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as neededOrganize and maintain personnel records, including new hire paperwork and employee filesSupport management with various tasks and projects as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and office management required; experience in the auto industry preferredStrong knowledge of payroll and accounting principles and regulationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracy is a mustEEOC Statement:Quantrell Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
