Seasonal Patio Servers with bartending (not a must) experience for emergency back-up We are a well established (50 yrs) restaurant/bar, neighboring Salty s On the Columbia River. We have a patio that seats over 100 people right along the Columbia River, it gets quite busy in the summertime.

The Sextant is searching for 4-5 mature individuals to serve our valued guests and join the best team ever in Portland. Our servers kick butt and make a ton of money doing it.

Most shifts are anywhere from 5-10 hours, and anywhere from 4-6 days per week, depending on how much you want to work. My team is extremely experienced and have all been here for 5 years or more, you could possibly join our full time Sextant family as well.
So, please submit your resume, come in and join our very experienced team and make some killer money. Please, limited tattoos and piercings preferred, while reliable transportation is a must, our nearest bus stop is a good 3 miles away.

Applicant Must have 2+ years experience, be available to work nights and weekends (we close at midnight, servers don t stay that late, typically) have an OLCC card (liquor license) and Oregon Food Handlers card. Multitasking is very important for this position, we get really busy during the summer months and multitasking is really crucial to this job. Our servers kill it in tips, unbelievably fantastic money is made on our patio, especially on the weekends. Our servers and bartenders call us their cash cow.
