Responsibilities
• Providing excellent customer service when scheduling and checking in patients.• Collecting and verifying patient information with attention to detail.• Ensuring patient needs are met and maintaining a positive attitude.• Learning new skills, being flexible, and having reliable transportation.
Requirements
• Basic computer skills and previous office experience are helpful.• Willingness and ability to learn new software and skills.• Fluency in English with Spanish preferred.
