Patient Resupply Specialist - Part Time

Position Summary

Position Responsibilities
Performs inventory calls or send inventory forms to patients/caregivers to fulfill supply needs of patients/caregivers and review clinical screening questions
Performs complete and correct data entry for inventory orders onto delivery tickets
Updates appropriate areas of patient information in patient medical records and other documents as needed
Coordinate with other departments on a daily basis to fulfill orders
Notify clinical staff of irregular supply or drug usage patterns and problems
Identifies and resolves shipping issues
Handles customer compliments and complaints
Participate in quality assurance programs
Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements Willing to train the right candidate.
Desired Qualifications Ability to work independently and to manage several projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and arrive at creative solutions to issues
Effective interpersonal, telephone and written and verbal communication skills
Recent customer service experience
Maintains knowledge of and compliance with payer and regulatory resupply standards
Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets

Monday thru Friday - 1 pm to 5 pm
20 hours per week
