Job Summary We are seeking for individual to join our client's team as Patient Portal Liaison. Primarily responsible for calls from Outpatient Units and Inpatient Units when needed.
Job Description Patient Portal awareness and enrollment, if needed. Support appointment registration process (not scheduling) as needed. Transfer scheduling calls to Appointment Scheduling Department. Support patients with questions/concerns either by phone or in person. Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to type 25 to 35 wpm, strong internet, and computer skills, have a professional manner, strong training experience. Skills Required One year experience. Bilingual skills are strongly preferred (Spanish speaking required) Communication or cooperation which facilitates a close working relationship between patient or organizations. Call center/customer service experience Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma desired required BA or currently enrolled in a BA program.
