Responsibilities
• Maximize patient flow through the clinic• Perform administrative tasks, including EHR documentation• Demonstrate company's core values• Assist in maintaining a safe healthcare environment• Clean and organize the clinic space daily• Answer questions and provide customer service• Manage waiting room flow using systems• Complete registration process• Obtain patient vital signs and history• Assist provider in obtaining specimens for testing (for advanced patient care technicians)
