· Verify patient information and insurance details accurately
· Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services
· Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
· Collaborate effectively with medical staff and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
· Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls
