Responsibilities
• Perform accurate face-to-face interviews to collect demographic, insurance, medical, and financial information• Cross-trained to staff all areas of Patient Access• Maintain productivity and quality standards• Act as a resource for training new team members• Provide registration and cash collection access in Epic• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Basic PC software application knowledge• Knowledge of medical terminology• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills• Minimum 2 years of customer facing experience• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
