Requirements POSITION: Patent Attorney

LOCATION: Roseland, NJ; Centerville, UT; Washington, DC; Palo Alto, CA

DESCRIPTION: Our client, a national law firm, is among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100. They are currently searching for a highly qualified Patent Attorney to contribute to their success in their dynamic Intellectual Property team. This opportunity is available in one of four key locations: Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, Washington, DC, or Palo Alto, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Leverage two to five years of solid experience as a Patent Attorney (additional experience as a Patent Agent is a plus).
Handle the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications for software, encompassing areas such as operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization, and cloud computing.

QUALIFICATIONS: Hold a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Possess work experience as a software developer.
Showcase excellent academic credentials.
Be registered to practice before the USPTO.
