Passionate about building a skillset in baking and pastry applications Self-motivated and possesses a strong work ethic Organized and time management focused Coachable and receptive to feedback A great team player Independent and can work autonomously Production Assistant Responsibilities: Execute high-quality ice cream/sorbet production standards while meeting heavy volume demands and seasonal pars Manufacture multiple retail products including making and decorating ice cream cakes Complete production lists and cleaning tasks with oversight Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and appearance throughout the facility to meet or exceed food safety requirements as established by local and state health departments and industry best practices This list is generally descriptive and is not entirely inclusive.
