Pastry Chef

We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our kitchen team at Atoma! This is a unique opportunity to become part of a dynamic team in a high-demand, bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of pastry experience with a minimum of 2 of those in fine dining and desire to be part of a small close knit team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with head chef to create and maintain all dessert and pastry items
Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all pastry products.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of pasty experience with 2 of those in fine dining

Extensive knowledge of food preparation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to working a minimum of 4 days per week including Friday & Saturday Benefits:
