Job Summary:Elk Grove Power Sports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Retail Parts Manager at our dealership in Elk Grove, California. This full-time, individual contributor role in the powersports industry, requires strong sales skills and a passion for customer service. The Retail Parts Manager will be responsible for managing the inventory, sales, and customer service of our parts department. – Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase parts revenue
– Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
– Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their needs
– Process parts orders and returns accurately and efficiently
– Monitor and report on sales and inventory metrics
– Train, supervise, and provide ongoing support to parts department staff
– Maintain a clean and organized parts department
– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new products
– Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
– Perform other duties as assigned by the General ManagerRequirements: – High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
– Minimum of 3 years experience in retail parts sales
– Strong sales and customer service skills
– Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
– Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
