Parts Counter Sales

Land Rover Columbia needs an EXPERIENCED professional parts counterpersons to help with our growing business. Our newest team members will utilize their vast automotive parts experience to assist our service, wholesale and retail customer needsWhat You Do:Assist technicians, service advisors and walk-in customers by providing pricing and availability as needed. Field calls to assist wholesale accountsAccurately order and track needed partsAnswer phone calls providing assistance and prices as neededProcess and organize orders for delivery or pick-upEnsures all cash, credit, charge and tax exempt sales are processed as requiredReceive and ship parts in accordance with company policiesRestock inventory dailyEnsures all returned parts are properly tracked and identifiedConduct assigned daily perpetual inventory auditsOther duties as assignedSupport departmental goals by:Maintain necessary product knowledge to improve sales of associated / companion partsEstablish and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customersImprove sales of parts and accessoriesBuild upon existing knowledge of products and skills using available manufacturer trainingSuccessful attributes and skills:Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team playerAbility to minimize and redirect customers frustrationsTrainableOutgoing and friendly personality with great customer handling skillsProfessional appearanceCDK experience a plusStrong organizational skillsManufacturer training certifications a plusBenefits Include:Our team members enjoy a positive working environment with opportunities for professional growth through training and advancement from within the organization.
