Partner Relationship Manager

Are you passionate about addressing hunger and building strong communities? Join our team as a Partner Relationship Manager! In this key role, you'll develop and lead initiatives to grow our network of partner organizations across a 26-county region.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee a capacity building program for our partners that evolves as community needs change
- Assist with outreach to expand services for specialized populations like seniors and schools
- Identify communities in need of increased support and work with coordinators to recruit new partners or enhance existing ones
- Field inquiries from stakeholders and onboard new, mission-aligned partners
- Analyze trends in partner needs and collaborate with teams to create relevant trainings and tools
- Provide leadership, coaching, goal-setting and ongoing support to a team of Partner Relationship Coordinators
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in nonprofit, public health, social work or related field preferred
- 2-5 years experience managing and developing staff
- Program development, project management and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical abilities and customer service orientation
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
- Microsoft Office and web application proficiency
- Ability to multitask, maintain focus and produce accurate work
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Talent for building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regionally with occasional overnights required
- Must pass drug screening and background check
