The Partner Marketing Specialist will proactively work to develop and maintain partner relationships, by ensuring successful planning, implementation, and follow up of marketing activities in conjunction with sales, events, programs, and digital marketing. The Partner Marketing Specialist will plan and collaborate on a wide range of marketing programs and events. The Partner Marketing Specialist will oversee a roster of assigned top revenue producing partners and will proactively work to develop, maintain, and foster partner relationships through paid partner marketing engagements. The Partner Marketing Specialist reports to the Partner Marketing Team Lead. This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset NJ or Austin TX office (in accordance with SHI's hybrid work schedule) or location as determined by SHI management.

I nclude but are not limited to: Recommend, detail, & individualize marketing initiatives that meet the needs of SHI's emerging and mid-tier managed partners. Collaborate, plan, execute and configure billing of marketing programs. Provide ROI (return on investment) on a wide array of sales enablement and demand generation activities Create and reconcile marketing contracts and invoices for assigned roster of partners. Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) budgets while utilizing comprehensive partner fund claim systems. Build relationships with the company's emerging and mid-tier producing partners, in order to increase brand awareness and revenue within SHI. Host regular marketing check ins and meetings with each assigned partner to keep all marketing initiatives on task. Solve issues, communicate needs, and create synergy for a book of partners. Conduct extensive communication with clients via presentations, conference calls, video meetings and email. Pitch and sell company marketing programs to assigned roster of partners. Work on special projects assigned by Partner Marketing Management. Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing, event planning, sales, partner, vendor support or accounting Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, AX and CRM Personable with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask and handle high volume partner marketing accounts Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills Ability to complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy Ability to learn fast, absorb knowledge and apply newly learned information Excellent follow up skills with limited management engagement Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change Self-motivated and proactive Well spoken, with the ability to lead and present on conference calls and in meetings Results-driven, accountable, able to handle stress and last-minute requests Creative problem solver Ability to lead projects from start to finish 10% Travel required Some weekends and extended hours will be required for certain events The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
